If you or someone you know has received a letter from Arqiva about your Freeview TV service, and believe your aerial may need to be repointed to improve TV reception then please fill out the form below and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Please note we will only be able to send an engineer to look to repoint your aerial if your property does not receive TV from Sky, Virgin, FreeSat or internet-based services on your main TV set.
